Materials and construction.

The white rounded corner units have an internal galvanized steel frame with 50mm insulation in the walls and ceiling and the wall and ceiling linings have cavities in them which makes these quite and echo free inside.. Floor base on the white rounded corner units is a dense foam composite.

The rectangle units have a galvanized and powder coated main exterior frame, sandwich panel walls with EPS insulation and a fiber cement board floor base with vinyl over the top. There is also 75mm glass wool ceiling and underfloor insulation.

The white rounded corner units have a light strong man made floor that has better insulating and fire resistant properties than plywood and have adjustable feet that thread into the chassis. Adjustable feet thread into the chassis to help get unit level. There are also lifting eyes that can be threaded into to the top frame for lifting by crane.

The rectangle units unless put on a concrete pad or deck are usually sited on wood blocks or posts.

If the unit has a toilet/shower and sink then there is an inlet for cold water, an inlet for hot which can be piped or from a gas califont for as little as around $200 on Trade Me however we suggest using a higher L/m for all round use.. Shower and sink have a smaller pipe lower down by the chassis and the toilet with the large hole near water inlets. As well as direct pluming into your system you can get a cheap tank with automatic pump and macerator for well under $300 on Trade Me that can pump through a flexible caravan hose quite some distance horizontally as well as vertically.
